After 13 years of city-living, eight years at the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, and countless articles written for Baltimore Magazine about raising young children in the city, Megan Isennock founded Wayfinder as a way to assist recruiters in attracting the very best talent to the area. Her childhood spent in rural and suburban Baltimore County coupled with her decidedly urban career uniquely poises her to help recruits answer the question, Why Baltimore?
